My name is Helle Hornbek and I am the owner of Coolbear. I am a breeder of creme, lilac and blue coloured British Shorthair. I fell in love with this beautiful breed a long time ago. Its calm temper and laidback attitude just suited me perfect, and of course, its really cute look, like a teddybear just longing to be cuddled with. It also means a lot to me that it is a healthy and strong breed. Breeding
gives me many positive experiences both in the my everyday life and also through the contact to other breeders. It is lovely to share a mutual interest. It is exciting to see other lovely cats and talk to other catowners.
Coolbear is a small breeding and I only breed 2 to 3 litters a year. It is most important to me to breed "cuddlesafe" and affectionate kittens with a balanced temper. All my cats lives in the house with us, but when our male has a girl they are placed in the male house

It is interesting to follow the kittens and see them develope until they leave for their new home. I enjoy all the positive feedback I receive from the new kittens owner - it is a lot of fun.
